At Sugandha Shala, we take the utmost care in ensuring our premium spices are freshly packed, hygienically handled, and securely delivered. As our products are categorized under food and consumables, we follow a strict No Refund & No Replacement Policy.
1. No Refund Policy
All orders placed with Sugandha Shala are final. We do not offer refunds for any products once sold, as they fall under food and edible items which are non-returnable and non-resellable for safety and hygiene reasons.
2. No Replacement Policy
We do not accept any replacement requests. Please ensure you double-check your order (product, quantity, shipping address, and contact number) before placing it.
3. Damaged or Wrong Items
If your parcel is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing photos and proof. While we do not guarantee replacements, we will review such rare cases based on internal quality checks. However, no refunds will be initiated.
